This was my first coin
operated machine.
2p in the slot pumps water into the bucket
near the top. When the bucket is full it tips over, pouring the contents into giant
cullender. The extra weight pulls the poster of Rachael Welsh out of the bath (the water
has black die in it so she can’t be seen when submerged).
I placed her outside an art gallery at Camden lock. A week later I returned to find the
coin box overflowing with cash, and the entire machine tingling with mains electricity.
